Ordering through my website is easy and secure. Simply click on the PayPal "Buy it Now" button and proceed to checkout.  Payment for all orders placed via my website will be processed by PayPal.  You will be redirected to PayPal's secure site to complete the checkout process and will be given the option of paying by PayPal account (if applicable) or using a debit or credit card.

Prices do not include postage and packing. Please add £5.00 per item for P&P within the UK. If you are ordering from overseas, please contact me and I can give you a quote for Air Mail deliveries.  Please allow 14 days for delivery of any item. At busy times it may take a few extra days to despatch your order, however I will always keep you informed by email if there is to be any delay.

All measurements are in mm and weights in grams are approximate and the reproduction of colour of the wood is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colours dependent on the calibration and settings of individual screens.

If for any reason you are not delighted with your goods and would like to return them, please email me within 7 working days from the day after you receive your order. Items must be returned in their original condition and with the original packaging.

Please obtain proof of posting when returning goods, as claims for lost returns parcels without proof of posting will not be accepted. I am unable to refund the cost of postage, but a full refund of any undamaged item.

Every effort is made to ensure that this website is free from viruses and defects however, this cannot be guaranteed. Roger’s Gifts in Wood shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

I make every effort to make sure your personal data is secure, including your name and address. I do not hold credit card information. Debit and credit card payment is made through PayPal's secure website.

Your privacy is important to me and I only use the information I collect about you carefully, lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

If you have shopped with me, I will hold your name, address, telephone number and email address. I will also hold the delivery address(es) for your orders. I also maintain a record of your product selections.

Your order history enables me to tailor my product range and marketing information (e.g. promotions and special offers) to your requirements. All the information I hold is used to improve your customer experience.
