Commissions
If you would like to commission me to turn a piece that is similar to any of the previously made items for you I am happy to discuss possibilities. Trying to find some of the more obscure seasoned types of wood such as Elm, Laburnum, Mulberry & Tulip can prove frustrating.
Commissioned projects would require a 20% deposit and would usually take between two and eight weeks depending if the wood is available.

Not so much a commission, more of a pleasurable favour for TOM before he passed away.
He had this project in his head (A wedding gift for his Granddaughter) but was unable to complete it. He had this piece of Oak and a piece of Indian Laurel. So, mulling it over one afternoon (it was a 2-pint problem!) he sketched this on the back of a 'fag' packet and I was able to complete his project. Two bowls with the Indian Laurel sitting in the Oak. He was absolutely delighted, and we celebrated the achievement with A CUP OF TEA!
